Dr. Agrawal completed his neurosurgery training at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences in Bangalore, India, in 2003. Dr Agrawal is a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional with over 21 years of rich experience in research and development, as well as teaching and mentoring in the field of neurosurgery. He is proficient in managing and leading teams to run successful process operations and has experience in developing procedures and service standards of excellence. He has attended and participated in numerous international and national symposiums and conferences, delivering lectures on diverse topics. He has published over 1,000 articles in the medical field, covering a wide range of topics in national and international journals. His expertise lies in identifying training needs, designing training modules, and executing them while working with limited resources. He has excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with proven abilities in teaching and training for various academic and professional courses. Presently, he is working at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (India).
