IntechOpen Titles Included in KU Select 2025 Now Available

We are pleased to share that the IntechOpen titles selected for the KU Select 2025 program have now been published and are openly available to readers worldwide. In collaboration with Knowledge Unlatched, these books cover a range of topics in the life sciences, social sciences, and humanities, and support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Among the featured titles is “Climate Policies: Modern Risk-based Assessment of Investments in Mitigation, Adaptation, and Recovery from Residual Harm,” co-edited by Gary Yohe and Joel Smith, senior members of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), co-recipient of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. This timely volume offers a comprehensive evaluation of current climate policy approaches and supports Sustainable Development Goal 13: Climate Action.

Thanks to the KU initiative, the dedication of librarians worldwide, and our shared mission to support and publish open access books, we are now in our seventh year of pledging, with a total of 68 books published through this collaboration. KU’s efforts bring together hundreds of publishers and institutions across the globe, working collectively to make scholarly titles openly accessible to all and to extend the reach of open access beyond institutional boundaries.
