Abstract
Redshifts of thirty-five parent galaxies of supernovae have been measured on spectrograms taken with the 90-inch Steward and 48-inch Asiago reflectors. Twenty-six new redshifts raise the sample of known redshifts of supernova parent galaxies to 47 percent. Detailed discussion of observed spectral features is provided for each galaxy. Comparison of the subset of determinations in common with the second Reference Catalog of Bright Galaxies proves satisfactory.
